Steakhouse Aioli
The secret sauce steakhouses never talk about — bold, creamy, and good on just about everything.
Every good steakhouse has that sauce. The one they don’t name, don’t advertise, and somehow charge extra for when you ask for more.
This is my version.
It’s rich, peppery, a little sharp from the horseradish, and backed up by that unmistakable steakhouse flavor from A1. It’s perfect on a ribeye, unreal on fries, and somehow even works on chicken tenders when no one’s watching. Best part? It takes less than five minutes to make and tastes like it shouldn’t be this easy.
1 cup mayonnaise (homemade or store-bought)
