This sauce is for the first group.
It’s classic ranch at its core, but spiked with buffalo sauce and fresh herbs so it actually brings something to the table. Creamy enough to cool the heat, spicy enough to keep things interesting, and balanced so it works on everything — wings, sandwiches, fries, pizza, and anything else that needs help.
This is one of those sauces that disappears faster than expected, so maybe double it. Or don’t. I’m not here to manage expectations.
